This is what your day in the Early Shift looks like:
- As a morning person, you're already spreading good cheer at 6 a.m.
- You make sure that our guests feel completely at ease: From a warm welcome, to professional service at the table, to saying goodbye.
- In addition to the breakfast management, you are the contact person for the breakfast team, including apprentices and interns.
- After the breakfast service (11 a.m.), you will confidently take over the business lunch until you hand it over to the late service.
This is what your day in the Late Shift looks like:
- Charming all-around service for our guests in the All Day Dining Restaurant "Bristol Lounge".
- You will work in a team with other colleagues in the late service department
- Correct recording of transactions in the MICROS POS system
- You will clear the table at closing time and make sure that everything is in order for the early shift the next day.
This is what we expect from you:
- Completed education in a catering or hotel business desirable
- Experience in a similar position, especially in leading a team
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
- High guest and service orientation
- Professional appearance and pleasure in looking after guests
- Initiative and commitment
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude towards life, open-mindedness and team spirit
- Experience with MICROS

This employment is classified in the collective agreement of the hotel industry in wage group 3, the actual salary is of course based on your qualifications and will be overpaid.
For this position, we can offer you an inexpensive apartment near the hotel so that you can arrive in peace during the first weeks.
