YOUR TASKS:
As a communicative team player, you will staff the reception desk 5 days a week, depending on the duty schedule in the early shift (06:30-15:00) or in the late shift (14:30-23:00) and are responsible for all usual reception activities (check-in, check-out, reservation requests, answering the phone, etc.). If required and as a substitute you will also cover the night duty (22:30-07:00).
You are the direct contact person for all requests and inquiries of our demanding guests, which you fulfill with a high sense of duty and utmost care according to the motto "The guest is king". You contribute with your friendly, courteous and polite manner to not only satisfy our guests, but to inspire them. You will respond to complaints professionally and according to our internal standards.
WE EXPECT:
a completed apprenticeship or training in tourism or hotel management- several years of practical experience in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy advantageous
- very good knowledge of German and English
- very good MS Office knowledge, OPERA knowledge advantageous
- strong communication skills and enjoyment of contact with international guests
- Enthusiasm for the service profession
- own vehicle to reach the place of work
- depending on demand also approx. 4-5 night shifts per month (€ 26 gross night bonus/shift)
